BARRELS

Oregon oak has flavor and aroma profile that is unqiue and beautiful. It is spicy and sweet and stands out from other Oak species. We craft 200L (53-gallon) barrels in char levels 1-4 with charred or un-charred heads available.

TANKS

Our washback tanks are produced from premium Douglas Fir (though, we are happy to discuss other wood choices). The staves are sourced from trees grown in the Coast Range of the Pacific northwest and are perfectly suited for quality spirit production.
